Flickering

Hey guys.
i have a question to ask hoping that someone can help me out with this, i just recently purchase my EVGA 1080ti FTW3 card and now am noticing that every time i boot up my pc in the very beginning before i start doing anything the screen flickers and the  only time it stops is when  start moving my mouse around after that i dosent happen again. this only happens when i shut down and turn it back on, i would really appreciate any information you guys can offer to help me with this.

    Sounds like the Video Cable is going Bad or Bad Video Connection on the Port or a bad Port.
    Maybe an "Integrated Graphics Card" Conflict in the Bios.

    Sounds like the Video Cable is going Bad or Bad Video Connection on the Port or a bad Port.

    If you are using a DisplayPort cable try swapping it out with another DisplayPort cable and also make sure that the cable is VESA certified. You can find a database of certified DisplayPort cables here, https://www.displayport.org/products-database/
