So I'm in the Army have to deal with a crappy chair in the barracks. I currently have back problems and want to invest in a gaming chair. My price range is up to $500 (the pain is that real). I've seen good deals for both the AKRacing Premium V2 and Arozzi Verona Pro V2 on Massdrop, but reviews aren't very clear to me what's better. Just want suggestions, even if it's not the two I mentioned. Thanks!

I have a Noble Gaming Chair
It comes with a lumbar and head pillow. Very nicely made, I have had it for 10 mos and no issues. I will say it took a month or two to break in the seat cushion though. I was thinking I made a poor choice in getting a gaming chair but now it feels great and is comfortable for me.

That chair seems great, I know I'm not OP, but thanks for the suggestion

Lots of people have issues with dxracers though, apparently their quality control and customer service are real bad.

I am using the corsair race t1 in black and white. My wife got it for me for fathers day i love all the adjustability it has. Amazon has the best price on it if they have it in stock.

    For the barracks?

It's going to be broken within a week. I would not spend that much money for anything barracks related.

What would you recommend instead? It's hard to find a quality chair without dropping $500+

The seat cushion was like sitting on a board for a couple months. Now it feels softer, but is still firm and supportive.

LOL I agree. If I were you I wouldn't spend more than a hundred bucks. There are plenty of standard office chairs in that price range that are very comfortable and would work fine. Wait until you are more settled before buying something you might have to store before you ship out.

i dont get the whole "racer" chair, i have sat in a few including the DX and did not like them, i eventually got a HON executive chair that is made for 24/7 use, super comfy and supportive and it was only $350
