6.1.10 update made fans inoperative, and my 1080ti FTW3 got into the 90's (Celsius). I noticed promptly, backed out of game, and checked operation of all three fans. EVGA Precision XOC Version 6.1.10 would not let me control the fans, so I uninstalled 6.1.10 and rolled back to 6.1.8. Everything appears to be working fine except temperatures have now shifted 5-8 degrees higher. Prior to the fan issue, I've never hit the 70's (Celsius) playing the same games, with the same settings. Hell, I've haven't even tried to overclock further than the set bios out of the box yet. I saw the 6.1.11 update, which stated the fix, but anytime my mouse curser hovers over the memory fan bar, it moves it. I've always set to aggressive fan curves, but this bug makes very difficult to set. Anyone else have these issues? Good thing there is a three year warranty.....

I just got my 1080ti FTW3 yesterday and using 6.1.11 I am have a problem with my memory fan slider as well, its slightly different to the issue you are having though. When the fans are on auto Both GPU and Power will move up and down according to the fan speed but the memory slider will just sit on 0 even when the memory fan is spinning. When I click the "M" the fan slider will jump up to the correct value. There seams to be a bug with that memory fan slider.
I am also using the aggressive fan curve preset but seem to be getting high temps than what others are on their FTW3.

Yes, mine was doing that also. I haven't had any problems with 6.1.8., it worked wonderful. I never noticed the higher temps until my card ran hot from 6.1.10. May have lost contact in a few spots, or warped one thousands of an inch, who knows. It still kicks butt & we have a warranty.

I'm seeing the same problem with the memory fan bug.  I usually just move the slider on the Memory fan and then click the fan icon to enable auto control to get it working.

Thanks. With mine it seams that the memory fan slider wont update until I click the "M" or if I change the fan to manual then back to auto.

After I have done this it will work for a while then it eventually freezes at a certain percentage and I will have to do what I stated above to get it to refresh. The memory fan will still spin according the fan profile though it just doesn't update on the slider.
