No serial number. Repair service.

I bought a card and   I had some problems, losing signal after playing for about 30 min. The problem is that has no serial label and unfortunately I do not have an invoice from it. Is there any way to find out her real serial number? And if this is not possible, is there any repair service evga offers?

    What card do you have? Does it have a backplate?

    Also, could you open gpu-z, and take a screen shot of the main screen when it loads? This can show the information (not a serial number) for the card and vendor.

    For Latin America warranty service we do require an invoice from an authorized re-seller. Also, if the serial number sticker is removed it does invalidate the warranty. For more information about our Latin America warranty policies, please visit: https://latam.evga.com/support/warranty/.
