EVGA 750 G3 - 1 Missing Wire on 24 Pin ATX? (Solved: It's normal)

EDIT: Uppon some research, I found out this is normal.
It used to be for the -5v wire, but MB these days won't use it anymore.

Even in the Sleeved cables EVGA sells, there is this missing pin.

Is this normal? 
A missing wire on the set of the 24pin ATX cable?

I read somewhere that the 5V pin was removed from some branded PSU because it wasn`t necessary.

    it's kinda weird, why don't they still include it for "legacy" ?
