No reply to emails and not sure when shipping?

I have an advanced RMA setup right now and am unsure when the new card is shipping, I'm not sure where it's coming from and if it's Taipei then it should have already shipped and if America then today.

I also WAS in contact with EVGA through email but I haven't gotten a reply since the 25th which is concerning as I need to contact them when I am ready to send my current card off when I get the new card as stated in their emails.

Is anyone at EVGA able to tell me what's going on? Not sure who to contact when I do get the card if I'm not getting replies now as if it lasts for over 30 days then it's a sale.

EDIT: Got a reply almost instantly after posting this. Whoops! Still unsure about the postage though.

    I apologize for the delay; our US office was closed on Monday, and our Taiwan office was closed from the 27th to the 30th, so this has delayed our responses a little bit. I'm happy to see that you have now gotten a reply, however; your card will be shipping from Taiwan, and will hopefully process ASAP. Please keep in mind that because they were closed for the holiday, this has delayed all shipments.

    Is there any estimated time it will ship?
    It has almost been 2 weeks.

    I looked into the status of your RMA and see that your replacement has been shipped. You should have received an e-mail with a tracking number that you can use to view that status of your package. If you did not receive that tracking number please contact me directly and I will assist you.

    Alternatively, you may also check the status of your RMA by navigating to Member / My Products and clicking the View Details button under the card in question. In here you will be able to see your tracking number along with the progress of your RMA.

    I've been trying to set up a return with EVGA for weeks now and they haven't replied to my emails at all except one acknowledging that my last pick up attempt which failed as I was not informed I needed an invoice with just "it says booking is confirmed. Thanks" which is obviously for the old one.
