I am in the RMA process of receiving a replacement card. I have one question. Is the replacement a new card or refurbished ?

7700k 4.8 Ghz / 16GB DDR4 2400 / EVGA 1080 FTW / 1 Samsung 850 Evo SSD 256gb / 1 Toshiba m2 ssd 128gb / Acer Predator IPS 27" @2K 144Hz

    I show that your card was purchased less than 30 days ago, so it will be replaced with a new card.
