Well, I am obviously not an authorized EVGA rep, but that site was listing preorders back in January.  I believe most people feel the site is not legitimate.  Shorty after they showed up listing preorders nVidia released a statement saying no sites claiming to take preorders at the time should be considered legit.

Somebody on another forum pre-ordered through Saber and they billed him the full amount for both cards within minutes..
He was unable to make any contact with the company.

Sounds pretty unlegit to me..  Especially since they originally had the wrong prices for the cards.

Wow the reseller ratings are so fake. Each review from an account created that day or a few days before each reviewer only reviewed the one site and all pretty generic talking about the employees knowing about the products and how helpful they are. I wouldn't give them a dime

Correct me if im wrong here but buying from saber gets you NO warranty and NO Step Up program Dangerous i would stay WAY clear of this site for sure

Ok. You stand corrected. Buying from SabrePC would basically be the same as buying from a local shop. They like the local recieve their products through channel distributers which are considered genuine products and can be registered and warrentied. That being said means one can buy from them and either handle an rma through them or through evga if registered. That's basically what WShelly was saying.

This company is a complete scam. They do sell products, they are just used, repackaged, or not supported. I've got a suit about to be filed in small claims court against them. We cannot even find the Corporation registration / DBA certificate of the company.
 
Here's my experience:
We purchased
4 of WD RE 4 TB Enterprise Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA III, 64 MB Cache - WD4000FYYZ
Sold by: SabrePC
 
All of these drives began failing in the last week (approximately January 18). One has completely crashed and the remaining three are throwing smart errors and bad sectors increasing. The MTBF for these drives is over 1.2 million hours, so the fact that they are all failing now is problematic.
 
They are covered under a five-year warranty. We purchased the drives on July 25, 2015, so they should be covered until July 25, 2020. We've contacted WD who stated that since SabrePC is the OEM distributor, we have to request the replacement through them.
 
Sabre denied our OEM replacement request saying they did not ship these drives. The only problem is we tag every drive we receive with the purchase location and original serial numbers. These drives were the ONLY model we had shipped to the specific site, the actual only time we even purchased this model of drive. We typically use WD Red, but this site had a requirement for a higher MTBF.
 
Furthermore, to prevent issues we even take a picture of when the drives arrive along with the original packaging and serial numbers, which show they came from SabrePC.
 
Lastly, they are the only vendor we ever purchased this model of a drive from, so it made it very easy for us to track down.

I figured better late than never :). I wish I had found this article before deciding to do business with them.
