So some things have gotten better with this card since I've had it but there are some things that happen still, wondering if anyone else has these issues. Sometimes the screen will just go black and then start up again (doesn't happen as often as it used to but still does once in a blue moon). Also sometimes I will start up my PC and it will pass BIOS and startup but wont boot into windows, just has a black screen, but if I restart the PC its fine. Mind you I have tried different cables with the black screen issue and have everything up to date. Any tips would be appreciated!

Are you using displayport? If yes, are your cables vesa certified?

I'm talking about the cable that runs between your monitor and graphics card.

Many times the "pc sometimes boots up, sometimes it can't" problem is caused because the PSU canbarely provide the needed power. Are you sure your psu provides enough power? Also, a couple times I have seen the same happen but because the house power line was not stable or the total power you have contracted was not enough for everything in the house when all people is using electric stuff at the same time.

This seems to be a common issue and I have the same issue along with a few others. Disable Fast Boot or Fast Startup in Windows and report back if your problem persists. It seems to be a Windows Creators update problem. See here: https://forums.evga.com/No-picture-after-post-m2658993.aspx is this similar to what you are experiencing?

@timmyboy04 Good suggestions, but I think the OP's issue is different as the OP isn't seeing any lines/color bands. I did tell you to rma. I'm not a evga tech. The issue you were having is new as well. The first report of the issue/fix was reported 3 weeks ago.

I have seen different variations of the artifacting as well as none at all and just a black screen. There is a picture of similar but different in the link above. Tech told me to RMA after I posted in the forum with you guys. I got the issue about 2 weeks after the creators update was rolled out because I got it later than some and posted my issue a week later. I have solved 90% of my problem by disabling Fast startup in Windows. My Spidey senses are tingling here...
