Did EVGA actually ship my FTW3's?

Received my tracking number at around 5pm on May 1st, number said it was departing Anaheim, CA. It's now May 4th and my card is... still in Anaheim, CA. 
 
The package is STILL there due to "delays" and ups has no updates, and they refuse to give me any information. Did EVGA even ship my card out? What the hell is going on?

    It won't update until it get scanned at the next stop.
    So if you are far away it can stay that way for a day or 2. Sometimes it goes all the way to your city before getting scanned in.

    EVGA has more "pull" with UPS as the shipper to get information. Considering many of us are suffering this same delay, the least they can do is reach out to UPS and find out what is going on for us.

    I can confirm that this was shipped on the 1st of May as it does have the pickup scan on that date.  I am sorry to see that your package has been delayed, but I can assure you that we are reaching out to UPS to check on its status and if needed we will of course reship.  Please keep in mind that Ground shipping is still within the normal time frame for delivery and thank you for your patience and understanding while we help with this.
