There are some good tips in this article if PC fan noise is driving you crazy.

    And people complaining about it, at one point back when I had a Pentium D 820 I had 7 80mm fans at 4000rpm, people don't know what noise is

    I love delta's, but I had to get rid of mine, that hurt.
     
    But at one point in a coolermaster elite 430 I had placed 8 Delta 120mm 150CFM fans into the case, 6 in fan placement area's and 2 more on the coolmaster Hyper212. I did not have any dust every not even once accumlate in the thing, and I swear at full load it ran maybe 15C over ambient, I don't thing heat could stay anywhere, but it really hurt my ears lol.

    i had some crazy 80mm delta's that would move some air, they were the extra thick ones but that noise made a 747 seem quite

    Buy some DT990s and the fans are not a bother at all !!
