Please Help Me - GTX 1060

So i just bought a new GTX 1060 SSC .
I saw that you can get a copy of Ghost recon wildlands or For Honor but the store did not give my any code.
I registered my card through the website and then , under the section "Code/Massage" it says "For residents of the United Stats or Canada only" but i dont live there.
Does it mean that i cant get any code? And if so , Why? Why would somebody else get it and i wont?

    Throw us a bone here.................Obviously your not in the US or Canada, so that helps a little. EXACTLY which store did you purchase the 1060, THAT is the place you need to go to for the game code. EACH store that offers the code your asking about supplies the code, If you bought it from EVGA EU you need to go to the EU EVGA website OR contact the place of purchase for the code.

    I live in israel. The store that i bought the card from is called "KSP".
    I just talked to the store and they said that they have no code that i can get from them.
    What can i do??
