What happens when you remove your graphics card from the system?

It powered off then powered right on. So how do I install my video cards then? I'm able to reach the bios now.

Since you're able to reach the bios I suggest you use the onboard video for the moment to download the latest motherboard bios from evga. Update the bios then try installing your card again. Make sure you install the video card into the first pci-e slot once you get your motherboard up and running on the latest bios.

Running a 560 as a physx card is just going to slow down the two 1070's in sli. Sounds like you'll need to get a longer bridge. The two 1070's need to be installed into the first two pci-e slots closest to the cpu.

Why can't I just run the two 1070's in the bottom two slots?

The very bottom slot runs at x1 speed. Both cards need to run at x8 speed for sli to work.
