Is this setup ok? I swaped a stock case cooler with the gtx 1080s hybrid cooler

    Welcome to the Forums Cowboybebop
     
    If your temps are good, then changing the fan is OK
     
    You may get less airflow through the radiator as most case fans do not generate much pressure.
     
    With the Rad hose on the top you do risk sucking air into the pump - Rad above graphics card is best. 
    This will make a gurgling sound and not cool as well, if the pump has cavitation - as the coolant is not moving / as well.
