Do you think VRM and memory will be fine with this new NZXT product ?

From the looks of it I feel it would do even a better job the blower on a FE. The 92 mm fan blows right on the VRM area. It would be the memory I would be most concerned about. I would make sure to have a fan blowing across the card and plenty of air flow in the case. Maybe some memory heat sinks would help a bit to make up for a lack of mid plate.

The original Kraken G10 bracket worked just fine to cool my 980 Ti Classified, my 980 Ti G1 Gaming, my 1080 ACX 3.0 base model, and when I get it from step-up my 1080 TI Founders Edition.

The VRMs and VRAM all stayed under 70C, with the VRAM being considerably (20 to 30C) below that - so I don't see how an improved model could do worse.

Oh, and that's all without adding on those little heatsinks that I could never get to properly adhere to the VRAM, let alone the tiny VRMs.

They are claiming the same temps I get from the EVGA hybrid... mid 80's down to the low 40's.

If that holds true it would definitely be worth it!  NZXT makes good hardware... I've got the S340 Elite and the Kraken x62.

Agreed!! I also have their s340 elite, Kraken x61, and 62. The original g10 is still cooling my 980 on my secondary Pc.
