3dmark 11 - glitch or gtx 1080 artifact?

Hello and sorry for my next topic in short time, i dont wanna troll or something.
. Getting weird flicker in 3dmark 11 High temple demo, near on finish. Once of maybe 20 runs i am getting weird flicker on the same place in test. Yes it happens very rare. Once of maybe 20-30 runs it will flicker there. Screen and i added black arrow to show:

Is this software or hardware related?
PC: 6700k stock
Gtx 1080
16gb DDR4
ASUS z170-p

    I wasn't able to reproduce this glitch. It could be software or hardware related. I'd try running the demo again with the card fully underclocked on the core & memory via msi afterburner.

    Once of maybe 10 runs i am getting this weird flicker on the same place in test.Settings Extreme details.How many times you loop ?

    Update: I updated from 375.70 to newest 376.33 and made 10 loops no flicker. So it was driver related propaly.
