AMD BIOS Signature Check re-enabled with ReLive, Locks out Polaris BIOS Modders

If you modded your card's BIOS in search of higher overclocking, more voltage or customized fan settings, the hash in your BIOS is no longer recognized by AMD the driver, since it differs from the factory values.

    This is likely because the RX460 unlock with a custom bios, now they have to react, and they don't want a repeat of Phenom II unlocking. Like those with an Athlon II X3 managed to get a fully working Phenom II X4 with 6mb L3 lol
