wow, okay this is a good tool for sure.
However being as OCD as I am, I would still do a clean install.

Not exactly helpful if it warns of you losing your digital licenses by doing it....  You may lose your digital licenses, digital content associated with applications, or other digital entitlements for applications as a result of using the tool, which may impact your ability to use apps you paid for or app-related content you paid for. For this reason, we don’t recommend using this tool on any PC where you wish to ensure all of your applications and application-related content (including Microsoft applications such as Office) remain properly installed and licensed.

Holy attention to detail Batman. Good point. Why use a cleaning tool, when you will already clean it with a clean install. We all missed that. Good job.

if you have a dell os dvd and do a fresh install it will load crap ware on your pc
are from a laptop partition so in that case I can see this as good .
