That sounds like a fan hitting a wire or the blade skimming by the edge of a heatsink inside maybe. Hopefully its a wire on the outside of your psu unit and not on the inside. Unless your very good with electronics and understand what your doing, you can get bit real quick by left over current so I don't want to tell you to open up your psu etc... or try to fix yourself. If your warranty is still good rma.
