Hello folks i hope someone can answer this question for me as i have no idea
 
i want to get the GTX 1060 SC GAMING 6GB Single fan ,i know this is a reference PCB
So can anyone tell me if the GTX 1070 & 1080 are the same PCB as the 1060
 
the reason I'm asking is that i want to put a Full cover waterblock on the 1060 but i want to make sure
its the same as the 1070 and 1080 b4 i order the 1060

I'm getting the run around now am I'm getting upset
i changed my mind , I'm not getting the 1060 ,I'm not getting a 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition 08G-P4-5173-KR
I Know it has the same specs as the plain 1070 SC GAMING ACX 08G-P4-6173-KR is this the same reference pcb

As in founders edition? I believe so. That can use the ek 1080 block that's made for the 1080 fe and 1070 fe cards.

Yep, 5173 is a reference based card.

well i have been gone visiting my Kids and i wanted to come back to the forums and post a few pictures of my 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition so this is b4 the waterblock



 
So now I'm going to but the water block on from Swiftech KOMODO NV-LE-GTX1080
 












 
now on this last Picture you will notice that i don't have this in the top slot where it should be that cause it don't fit there cause of the Water block hitting the Shroud just above the PCI-E Slot output
