Hi,
 
EVGA 1070 FTW GAMING HYBRID radiator fan stopped spinning!
The fan itself is OK, tested. Is there a way to reset gpu or something?

    Try plugging the fan directly into the motherboard.

    Gigabyte X99 SLI, GTX 1080 Hybrid, Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz RAM, Intel 6800k, Corsair 750D Airflow Edition, Dell S2716DG 144Hz G-sync, Deepcool Captain 360, EVGA 850GQ.

    So the pump and blower fan are working, but the radiator fan stopped?

    Correct, the pump and blower are working.

    You can replace the rad fan. EK Vadars are good.

    Cab you have it mounted on the rad while it is plugged in the motherboard?

    I have Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 2000 PWM mounted and plugged into ASUS Maximus Hero VIII, controlled with SpeedFan on GPU temp, but after PC sleep it won't spin too, need to shut down to wake up the fan.

    Ive had the same problem with my rad fan stopping spinning after restart/ sleep mode wake up. but it works if i open front panel (where i have the rad mounted) and touch the fan and start the spin and it works fine after that. its almost like a software thing not giving it enough juice to get the spin to go. This just started about two weeks ago for me and figured it out about a week ago. Still do not know the cause though.
     
    GTX 1080 FE with Hybrid kit installed after the getting the card.
