Airflow is your problem, and how are you getting 136+ TDP?

86c at 75% fan speed? Not normal at all. 136% TDP isn't normal either.

I'm not using after burner.  I was running wow in a window in my garrison and the fan started ramping up.  I had this same issue on the previous card that I RMA'd.
Doesn't happen all the time.  I did some dungeons and card ran fine.  Could be a driver issue.  But I had that issue over several driver versions.

What motherboard are you using? What power supply are you using? How old are they?

My son's SC sits at 48-52c on load with a custom fan curve that has a max of 60% fan speed. (Gsync monitor)
Yeah, that's not normal at all.

Those numbers are quite high, do you see the same numbers in PrecisionX OC or MSI Afterburner? What sort of airflow does your case have and what case is it?

I don't get high TDP all the time.
I used hwinfo, get the same readings.
Ran furmark. TDP varied between 110 and 130 or so.  Card reached around 81c after 5min, it topped off between 80 and 81c.  Voltage stayed at 1 whole time.
As for cooling its a silverstone FT02.  Has giant intake fans at the bottom.  And the card has evg's atx fans

Trued debug mode in the nvidia control panel no change.  Can't fix this so it'll have to run hotter than usual for now.
