I'm worried about my card, out of nowhere i got this display driver not responding i asked for advice from support chat, driver display uninstaller, installed fresh drivers, some what back to normal, 4 hours later crashed, i got a your pc ran into a problem, then more static particles 5x crash (i was watching recess)cause of the holiday i don't see the chat anymore and every time i send a support ticket I get "Internal Server Error - Write" Any advice I'd appreciate  speccy Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.30GHz 33 °C 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 800MHz (9-9-9-27) MSI H97M-G43(MS-7924) (SOCKET 0) 30 °C Acer B286HK (3840x2160@64Hz) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (EVGA)

Yes, I was given that link as a recommendation from support chat, I did use the driver display uninstaller and had the 368.39 downloaded. Is there anything else I can do. Also these are the pictures from above

To me it looks like the VRAM is failing. I would apply for an RMA replacement. If you have any kind of overclock try it at stock speed or running it in 'Debug Mode' in the nVidia Control Panel. If the results are the same then the board needs to be replaced.

Welcome to the Forums mk3rev6! Try what Zuhl3156 suggested, remove any clock offset and/or run in debug mode. If you are still having this issue then contact us at support@evga.com or call 888-881-3842 so we can assist you further.

Being a holiday weekend it might take a little longer for your replacement to get back to you. I usually got my replacement product within a week after it was received and processed by EVGA. IDK if you qualify for cross shipping but you might want to ask. It's always nice the have your new video board in hand and install it instead of shipping the old one to California and having to wait. Seeing one of the EVGA techs respond is always nice but as I said before about it being the 4th of July holiday we both know who got the short straw now, don't we?
