My grapichs card gtx 970 model 04G-P4-2977 have random  tdr problems in low  gpu use games, I already tried power plans, old and newest drivers but persist.
In a game I tested running in debug mode and not getting tdr, at least for as long as I could test .. also oc i can not get 1480mhz on core just go in game and
when gpu reach full load instantly get tdr crash, asic quality is 62% I believe it's pretty low for this model in question , since is only 4.6% better than similar cards

I should go to RMA?

You shouldn't rma if the card runs fine at stock clocks.

You could try the secondary vbios if you want. What are your full system specs? Don't forget to list make/model/age of psu. Have you tried reinstalling your graphics drivers after cleaning out the old graphics drivers with ddu?

i have tried all that i know, my psu is corsair cx600w no have problems of bsod, shutdown, overheating.
tests : prime95 - ok, memtest ok, hdd ok.

so the main issue is the tdr games with low gpu usage, because in full load I rarely had problems or never had with factory defaults.
I also say that I have tested my card and hit 1495MHz with good temps, and now I can not get 1480ghz without instantly tdr what could have happened?

Sounds like the card may have went bad. Could you test it in another machine?

Hello I tested on another machine just overclock + 135MHz @ 1477mhz and instantly freeze screen crash driver at full load, I would know if I will void warranty if increasing the voltage
from EVGA Precision and this could stabilize an overclocked condition. The most frustrating is the tdr in low gpu use games, some days I can play without face any problems, other times
it torments me at same conditions in the same games. It is really something that bothers me a lot. I appreciate any suggestions
