MY GRAPHICS CARD GTX 1060 6GB SSC it  says 8ghz memory clock speed on specs but in game it only reaches 4008mhz max memory clock why doesnt it ever reach 8000ghz?

    DDR = double data rate. 4000x2 = 8000.

    ahhh thank you for the information im wondering why precision dont show that but i guess evryone knows its double what it shows and also thank you for my thermal mod kit it lowered my gpu temp also and with instructions was easy to do   and the gpu runs at over 2000 mhz which is more than spec at stock install
