Should I RMA GTX 980 Ti SC+ that has a metal vibration noise during heavy use? (Video)

I notice after long sessions this card will suffer from metal vibration noises until the fans slow down. Temps are usually 82-83c with full GPU load in both a Dell Precision T7810 and T7910 towers. This is very distracting. I don't mind general fan noise, but this weird sound is not pleasant. I have not installed any software to modify the card, everything is default, such as fan curve, clock, etc.
 
Here's a video demonstrating the sound after looping Unigine Valley for a while. Later in the video I remove the side panel, allowing the temp and fan to drop, followed by the sound fading away.
 
 
 
Is this noise coming from metal fins that are vibrating or something?

    Users have complained about this in the past. It's the cooler fins vibrating.

    That doesn't sound like coil whine - more like a high RPM fan striking a braided cable as the fan wobbles on its axis.

    Thanks for the feedback. I emailed customer service today about the issue and two videos. They agreed to immediately RMA since it was clearly a hardware issue and already tested in two systems. 
     
    Since I can't be without a card, and cross ship RMA requiring collateral, I instead picked up a plain Nvidia 1070 Founders Edition at Best Buy yesterday. Might as well try something new during this process.

    Just a heads up that OC to OC, the 1070 is on average 10% slower than a 980 Ti.

    So far in a few tests, the 1070 performance has been close, like you said, within 10%.  Sometimes better here and there. Overall, I would be happy with either, but then again I don't game at 1440p or 4k where that 10% could mean all the difference.
     
    The card temps maxed out at 82c, holding a clock of 1771mhz. The fan reached 55% and was actually quieter than the 980 ti SC+ under load. Overall, it's a really intriguing card. I doubt I'll keep it since the temps really didn't improve enough, the "normal" noise from the 980 ti SC+ doesn't bug me, and it's going to be difficult to sell these days.
