I think my bios is bad on my gtx 1080ti sc black

If i oc at all/ just moving power target and max temp will make the gpu stop outputting a video signal under any 3d workload. (tried reinstalling the drivers) so i would like to flash the stock bios for it on it to see if that will fix the problem.

    How do you have the GPU connected to the PSU? Are you using one cable with two plugs or two separate cables? Alternatively, you can use the Nvidia Control Panel, under Help, there is a setting called "Debug Mode".  This will cause your GPU to run at the reduced  vanilla clocks until you reboot. If this gives you more stability, I'd RMA.

    Here are instructions on how to reflash your card...
     
    #1 Download the following vbios... https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/192366/evga-gtx1080ti-11264-170406-1
    #2 Download nvflash.
    #3 Drag and drop the vbios file onto the nvflash64.exe to reflash the gpu.
