I have a  GTX 1070 ACX (08G-P4-6171-KR ) almost 3 months now, and I'm having issues about a 2 weeks ago,
Green dots in some games (GTA V, Star Citizen, Gears of War 4) and random flickering in Dota2 (few textures flickering badly, this last issue i'm not sure is related). but I've played the same games without any problem before. (EDIT: Warcraft playable without any strange bugs).
Pics:

- Already tried to change the driver version (current running at the 376.48), update my vbios twice (to 86.04.50.00.70 and then, to *72).
- Already tried to underclock my GPU to lowest I can at Afterburner.
- Already tried to change 3D settings to performance at Nvidia Control Panel.
- Already tried to change resolution, HDMI cable and even monitors.

Also, I've requested the thermal pad mod for me, but the question is,
So,

- Are my card going to die? (even know that the dots are on few games and not all, even when another game get same clock and memclock speeds with no problems)?
- Does EVGA cover RMA for me? (I'm brazilian lul, you may got that from my bad english... sorry anyway).

Specs:
i5-4570 CPU (cooler H60), GTX 1070, 16GB DDR3 RAM on a ASUS B85M-E
600W OCZ SXS PSU
240Gb SDD + 120Gb SSD + 2Tb HDD + 1Tb HDD.
Monitors: 1x 34UM65-P (21:9 - 2560x1080 using HDMI) and an old samsung tv that no one cares (16:9 1920x1080 using DVI x HDMI)

    Thanks Baconinabun,
Tried the thinks on the post you've linked (only not the debug mode, that was gray at mine control panel dont know why).

    Important Note:
I have an old GTX 770, on this gpu everything went fine (bugged and not bugged games).

i also note that you are using the HotFix 376.48(folding) driver, uninstall the 376.48 with DDU and then install the WHQL 376.33 see if that helps

looks like debug is enabled, are you using a reference card? if so that option is greyed out on all reference models

    in answer to your questions:

i don't think your card will die(but don't quote me on that)
EVGA have a robust RMA service, but i am unsure how that will play out, maybe worth raising a ticket with them just to keep your options open.

Sounds like a faulty card. Dose the same issue occur when using the dvi-d output on the card?

Hello Sajin, Sadly yes. on both monitors (even when using only one).
    What should I try?

I hope so! :D already test with other drivers, 376.09, 376.33 and the 376.48, actual running with 376.09 for tests because this driver is the one I can remember to see working.

You should probably think about rma'ing the card. How old is your psu?

About 6 years (lol) kinda old dont you think?
Sadly I can't change the psu for testing.. (unless I buy another one).
You think that is a good idea to replace my psu before try to RMA my gpu?
don't GTX 1070 have less power consumption that GTX 770? (I know that power consumption aren't the only factor here, but if my psu handle the GTX770, shouldn't it handle the GTX1070?)

6 years is pretty old, I'd suggest replacing the psu since it's way past its warranty period of 3 years. Yes, the 1070 does use less power than the 770. Testing the card in another system is another option.

in Brazil anything are quite expensive,
    does an
EVGA 750W 80 Plus Bronze, Semi Modular - 110-BQ-0750-V0 handle it? (about U$110)
    other option are the
EVGA 750W B1 SuperNOVA 80 Plus Bronze Semi Modular 110-B1-0750-VR (about U$140, and U$30 for me, make difference)..
I have no idea when I'll visit EUA or any place better than Brazil again to bring new components :p
Not sure if I can test my psu in another system, need to check with some friends. meanwhile I'll try to purchase a new psu and start to read how the rma will work for me (as an Brazilian).

110-BQ-0750-V0 would do great replacing your 6 year old psu.
