Logitech announced new gaming mouse. Excellent combination with new G610 keyboard.
I think that combo is perfect and supported with probably best and most sophisticated gaming software on the market.
They update their Gaming Software very often last several years and improve him and optimize with new games and new products...
One software for G mouse and G keyboard and tones of functions and options....

for all this stuff that I want I could really use infinite moneyz. the $150 price tag is high however, though it looks very nice.

Logitech has fallen behind in this category and they're playing catch-up.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Yes Logitech late about 2-3 years.
Only because they continue to make revision of G510 and other very successful keyboards from 2009-2010 up to 2014-2015 and if they chance something that was very similar style to them and people completely star to search something else.
But at this moment G610 keyboard and G900 mouse are good enough for any gamer.
Simply I know that. Only mouse cost more than keyboard.
I like example MX Master mouse. I feel on my G700.... exactly I feel that something miss under thumb... and part on MX Master is excellent to hold thumb and hand will be much less tired. I love heavy mouse with easy access to 2-3 buttons except main left and right. I like DPI changer easy acsessable.
I used on Fast Scroll I use more than 5-6 years.
But Logitech advertised MX master as professional mouse, not gaming and I don't like G502, G700S is excellent but I don't want to use same mouse 10 years and first G700 is nicer.
This mouse can't be bad. Inside is most wanted sensor at the moment on market.
This mechanism inside is probably much better quality and more durable than Razor. About Logitech Gaming Software don't even to talk, that's tweo level above software on some premium mouse with similar price. Maybe even best software on market of such type and 100% software with biggest number of options, shortcuts, explanations, etc... Special if someone have mouse and keyboard from G series. Than you choose on beginning setting for mouse or keyboard and he show different options... You can check on Youtube their Gaming Software... They launch him before 4 years I think and very often update... Last few months I think maybe even every month new version because they add new game profiles.
I'm sorry because price is not 90-100$, that would be one of most wanted mouse on market.
Very small number of people is ready to pay mouse as premium new RGB keyboard.
Logitech only didn't follow gaming market in production of mechanical keyboards. But they produce different keyboards.
Example for controling HTPC, PC and TV in same time, Bluetooth keyboards, etc...

They should launch G610 before one year. I would only change keyboard and mouse and leave same software...
From G510/G700 to G610/G900... But now my minds are completely on other side, how to install TKL keyboard in Vortex or Tex aluminum TKL case.
This is fetish now... not K70, Steelseries and Logitech...

After bad experience with Logitech MX Master in games I sold mouse to guy who not play games at all and decide to try with Logitech G900. It's great gaming mouse but I will need few days to use on shape.
Click is not loud, scroll control is quality, scroll wheel is quality. I still use default configuration of side buttons.

Only I would like maybe 10gr weight from G903, but it's not something important.
I have firmware 1.4.22 and I see new firmware on Logitech site but I'm not sure what to do, update or not.
If someone have advice I listen.

I couldn't resist to try G900 because price was lower than for G703 and I thought if I don't like I will sell and bought G703.

It might be a nice mouse but I'll stick with Corsair. The important thing with a mouse is responsiveness, feel, and click. If Logitech can finally manage to make a good quality product again I will be surprised.

I have idea to buy CORSAIR when he show up, aluminium mouse.
But guys in my country told me don't buy CORSAIR junk.
I know few of them tried him.

But I must say Logitech can't repeat mistakes as with MX Master.
They knew that Mouse have Input Lag in games and Mechanical Issue with scroll control-button who change scroll to fast scroll sound afwul and you feel spring like kick from crossbow when you change that and loud clicks. At least 200-300% louder than G900.
Most people stucked on MX Master because his shape, that's best shape on market and only avaialble from Logitech and owners of G700 with nice experience hurry to buy him, most of them don't care for pulling rate, high DPI, etc and stuck on mouse good only for surfing and working with bad click experience and mechanical issue with inner mechanism.

I advice you to try G900 Scroll. This far better scroll wheel I ever had.
It's fast scroll but similar as G502 only much better. I can't use mouse without him.
That's first thing I look when new mouse arrive, and all interesting models have... G305, G502, G703, G900, G903.

Now I must change surface, from ASUS G50 I will left only braclet. It's to big to me and I can't move keboard on middle because need to stay on mouse pad. And if keyboard stay on mouse pad there is not enough space to push platfrom below table.
    I will order Steelseries Quick.

I've had good luck with their mice the G500 and now the G502 with a better optical on it.
But my hands are so big that my thumb constantly activates the side keys "Claw fingertip grip" on the 502.
Logitech recently quit manufacturing the G-13 which I feel is a mistake, they now run over $200 new.
I just wish Logitech would bring back a mechanical G-13. I use the hell out of mine when gaming.
A mechanical G-13 a guy can dream can't he But anywho I just picked up a Swiftpoint Z mouse
@ $200 it's laughing @ me but man for the options on this thing, tho the drivers are a tad buggy atm
    it still rocks.. Gat

I think that Logitech often wants to much for to little of an improvement over other brands. I probably could buy EVGA, Crosair or Razer and be just as good for half as much. Of course that is based on online play if we are talking about a LAN party maybe the differences would be more apparent but for those who game for fun it doesn’t matter that much.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.

Because of that I pay attention on that mouse. Only two buttons on side.
G900 great mouse. I seriously recommend if someone have money to pay G903 and Powerplay pad.
    But that cost almost 200$.

In serbia price of G900 is 145-210 euro.
G903 is even in Hungary 180 euro. That's far above my budget and I paid G900 90 euro.
There is not much difference but if you buy mouse for longer time for 2 years everyone will have some kind of wireless charging and it's nice 10gr weight for G903. I simply couldn't explain to myself 150 euro worth mouse and I have no money to buy new PC Case and need to stay with old unknown time and upgrade GPU and M.2.

G900/G903 are serious gaming tools and now I know that it's easier to adopt gaming mouse for surfing with fast scroll than professional mouse for gaming. MX Master is made for endless slow clicking and working on PC with 3 weeks battery.
You charge him before travel 2.5h and he is fine month if someone use laptop or tablet or similar things.
But for such price Logitech should design better mouse.

I see prices in America are completely different and you can find Logitech G903+ Logitech Power Play for same price as we need to pay for G903. That's insane. I would not wait day for such price and immediately would equip self with both.

I spend few hours last days to looking mouse and I checked and other brands.
But I tried G703 is good and I believe could be successor of Razer Deathadder, only wireless with Powerplay option.
And small G305 look as good mouse for budget and people who could use such type of mouse.
I believe they will last long because they are simple and usually such mouse last longer than some with agressive advertising and expensive.
I saw G900 for cheap price, guy waited me week to sell MX Master and didn't want to sell to others brand new G900, even drop from 100 to 90 euro.
Under different circumstances I would go directly to G703 because 120-125 euro is G900 cheapest price, no in store such low price.

This is my Keyboard (Deck Francium Pro, one of best mechanical keyboard) and Logitech G900. They fit below table.
I only need to change pad to 320 wide, that's Steelseries QCK.
Because I can't find 800x300 or 700x300 or 650x300 good mouse pad from any famous manufacturer.
All are 900mm long, that's some standard.

Every morning or sometimes I miss I clean table, mouse and keyboard with wet dezifection paper wipes.
There is package with 100 last 4 months.

I really enjoy my G500s Logitech mouse. Fits my hand nicely and customizing the weight distro was a nice key for me to get it exactly how I want. Its def starting to show its age tho, and considering a replacement. I was thinking of going Asus for next but after the chaos of my motherboard RMA with them I do not know how to feel about Asus as of recent. I have heard Logitech has fallen behind in their tech and software as of recent as well which makes me think to consider corsair next if I do not go Asus

As long as your popular enough, you can get away with anything.

    I almost used, 50% I used on G900.
I have no confidence in other brands as Razer, CORSAIR, ASUS about mouse.
Maybe Steelseries is closer to Logitech but I would rather stay on G703 example than Sensei.

    Complicate mouse are not good.
I heared for G502... people talk about him best of Logitech mouse, but many button on side distractred me
    and wireless mode is necessary.
I played games only 2h, last 48h is enabled constantly G900 and it's still 17 hours battery.
But RGB Logo is disabled, only on LED on DPI button is enabled, 1000 pulling rate and 3 DPI modes 1500-2500-3500 DPI.
I want to check how much could work in surfing.
Later, after charging test with enabled mouse only when I use him.

I'm thankfull to guy who waited me more than week until I sell MX Master, because this one was last, and he had buyers immediately and drop price for me.
It's nice feeling when you find good mouse and plus you pay 60 euro less than in local stores.

Problem is because I need smaller mouse pad, about 320mm... that's Steelseries QCK.
But my ASUS GM50 have nice little holder for cable and wireless adapter. You see on picture above, dongle is 10cm from mouse.
I'm not sure how he react if I install him behind PC Case. If I remember good, my G700 didn't worked so nice when dongle was behind case. MX Master worked fine. G900 I didn't tried. And if I change mouse pad I will really miss that little peace for cable.

Re: Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum - New Premium Gaming Mouse 2018/06/28 07:12:59 (permalink)
Well i used the g900 for a year til the charging port on it made it not work while charging.  Which wasnt to much of an issue.  But this was under warrenty and they sent a brand new 903 as a replacement and now i upgraded to the wireless mouse charger it works great.  The 903 with the wireless charging insert in is a bit heavier then the 900 but still feels good to me though i have not done many fps games since getting it so cant compare just yet

    G903 have extra weight 10gr.
From my side that's plus, one more choice.
It's expensive but I believe best gaming setup and mouse pad G903 with Powerplay.

There is a good options and Logitech G900/G903 are in every review among best gaming mice but If someone want something else there is good chance to be satisfied with G305, G703 and G502 same as Deathadder Elite.
Razer Deathadder is only their mouse I would be brave enough to pay. Some games say that's even best gaming mouse ever.

I bought only G900, nothing more.
And price was far below price on site, 90 euro.
That's great mouse, if someone could find for same price I recommend.

Looking Newegg starts looks like and other customers are satisfied.
I bought MX Master and ASUS GM50 mouse pad.
And mouse I didn't like and mouse pad was great but I couldn't keep keyboard on middle.
And I sold bought and buy G900 and Steelseries QCK Mousepad.
Steelseries QCK is excellent as well. Thin, nice, good size.

I even could turn on upside down and than it's even smaller.
