Evga 500w Psu fan direction

I am upgrading my prebuilt with a new psu and gpu. My case mounts the psu at the top so which way does the fan face? Im assuming facing down since facing up the fan would just be blocked.

    It faces down. Fan is on the bottom. Heat flows up through the bottom, and then out the back. Out of the case.
