Couldn't even get into forums for about an hour there.. I can now (obviously), but ModsRigs still same problem.. I can view my various rigs but I can't edit any (specifically a new one, but can't edit old ones either).. get the same error page. Tried FireFox and IE (both latest versions), but no go.

Also trying to post a rig on this forum.. uploading images just sits forever. I got one to upload, but that was it, so I canceled the post. Will try a few more times though.  ..eventually was able to upload all three on the forum post, but took a long time and many many attempts to upload each pic.

Re: ModsRigs errors Thursday, October 01, 2015 0:12 PM (permalink)

So I just tried again with the ModsRigs section of the website, this time I can get to the Build / Edit Systems page and then select a specific rig to edit without ending up on an error page, however when I try to upload an image for a rig (jpg, 220kb, 800x800pixels - all well within max parameters), I select the image on my C drive no worries, but when I try to upload it just sits there forever thinking about it and never completes. Multiple attempts. I turned off my firewall in case that was blocking it - didn't help. Tried IE as well as FireFox. Similar problem trying to upload images last night on my forum post, as mentioned above. Also tried a different computer (laptop) - same issue.

    ... 5 minutes later ...

Now I'm getting the "The server has experienced an error and our team has been notified!" message again when I click the link to edit a specific rig... so I can't even get to the point to upload a photo now.

..also found a separate error. If you go to the EVGA community page and then go down to the ModsRigs section, the couple of links to ModsRigs direct you to http://www.evga.com/modsrigs/ which apparently does not exist, because instead you get redirected to http://www.evga.com/default.asp   ..fun.

Could someone else please try and see if they can upload images to their modsrigs build and post back here if they had any problems or not? Anyone?

    Hey everyone,

I do apologize for the errors on the Mod Rigs site.  I tried creating a build and editing an image on a build and got the same results.  The issues has been sent over to our IT team to see if we can have this fixed as soon as possible for everyone.   I appreciate your patience with this.

It appears to be working... somewhat.  I still can't upload a GIF and you have to refresh between each picture you upload with Chrome but that is progress at the least.

Many problems for me with EVGA the last few days. I login and go to the EVGA home page instead of the forums. Pages take forever to load. When I open a link from an email alert I always have to scroll down the page to get to the post. The pages never load properly and I wind up looking at posts that are hours or days old instead of the post I want to read as in the last reply posted. I've cleared the cookies in FF and cleared the cache for no improvement.
