Hi guys, I have a hadron air case and the psu seems REALLY loud, I've done a couple of searches for it and see it has happened with other people as well. I was wondering if this is just a loud fan or if it is an issue with the power supply that can be fixed? It is so loud i can actually hear it with my headset on. Anyone else have this issue? thanks

A little late on the reply here but figured It might still help. If you're getting the Full Blast Hair Dryer sound it may be similar to mine. I recently decided to switch my top mount fans to a push/pull instead of pull/pull configuration. As soon as I did that I got the mini jet engine noise. Switching back to a pull/pull instantly resolved it. I'm not sure if this is due to some kind of air pressure issue or if it's just pushing more hot air through the PSU and triggering the temp sensor in it.

I have Corsair AF120s in mine, I don't remember the original fan config but you could try putting in two decent fans in a pull/pull config for your top mounts and see if it helps. The AF120s are ultra quiet high air flow models. The Hadron is nearly silent even with a GTX560 Ti in it. Hope this helps you or someone in the future.
