Sorry if this doesn't quite fit in the Z97 forums.

My Question is, will there be a EVGA Z170 Micro ATX board that launches with the Z170 ATX FTW, Classified and Stinger Mini-ITX which were already showcased?

I am asking because I am preparing for a Skylake EVGA-only build and want to buy my case and the fans already, which will depend on the mainboard form factors available.

EVGA X99 had a micro ATX version, but Z97 did not.

Thanks for any answers or hints.

Probably not, if I remember they usually made micro ATX for Intel Extreme platforms and Mini ATX for Ivy Bridge, Haswell, Skylake,...
But maybe this time they change that. For now they show 3 models, Classified, FTW, Stinger, E-ATX, ATX, Mini ATX.

The Classified is E-ATX? Didn't know that, thought it was also ATX.

My hope also is that they change it this time around and introduce an M-ATX board, since Skylake will be very very popular and other Manufacturers showed tons of boards variations already.

Our Classified series are always EATX.  Now that being said it uses EATX stand off spacing, but it NOT full width.  The full width of EATX is 13 inches whereas our Classifieds have varied in width slightly, but they have been overall around 10.5 inches.

Thanks for the clarification, thats why I got confused, both boards look very similar width wise in the above picture.
