EVGA SC15 - RGB doesnt work anymore

Hello,
my RGB lightning on my SC15 keyboard isnt working anymore. Is there a tool/driver that i can or have to install again? FN F3/F4 and using the RGB button in the PrecisionX tool does nothing. Thanks in advance...

    look under "Other Products" for laptop drivers
     
    switch might have failed ? 
     
    Check BIOS ... see if it is disabled ?

    i checked BIOS but i don't find anything related to RGB keyboard. few days ago i had to remove the battery because it was swollen. so i currently use my laptop with power cable only. maybe it has something to do with it? i have used the laptop very little lately, so i can't narrow it down any further.

    there is software - with 3 profiles according to a laptop review I found with a web-search

    Have you installed PrecisionX Mobile, or if you already have it installed, tried uninstalling it, removing any files left behind, and reinstalling it? I don't have an RGB keyboard on my SC17, but I'm guessing PrecisionX Mobile is where you would adjust your RGB lighting.
