Guys I have been lucky with silicon lottery on my FE.
 
Hits 2150 easily without many issues. (may sometimes need a little helping hand from my Water Chiller to bring coolant temperature down roughly 15c on warmer days. But other than that she runs hassle free. 
 
But If i spent all the money and hassle of selling my FE then paying an extra 250-300 for the Kingpin Edition:
 
Would I be entitled to an exchange until I got one that actually outperforms my MOST BASIC OF ALL 1080TI's (the founders edition).#
 
Otherwise whats the point in upgrading?

Any point upgrading then?
 
(Surely if I could provide "proof of purchase" for the FE. And forward that to EVGA they could look at sending me something at least performed similarly if not preferably better.
 
Almost seems common sense for such an upgrade.
