My Open RMA has dissapeared -

Hi,
 
My card was received by you guys 3 days ago - shippped last week.
It was listed as received and there was a product number out on the lower section which said preparing to ship, it said preparing to ship for about 2/half days.
 
I just went to take a look at my open RMA's and I no longer have any open RMA's.. what exactly has happend? Has a card been dispatched to me? There is no RMA history so I cannot see any information and I have received no emails.
 
It just disapeared.

    I believe that your contact numbers for Europe do not seem to work for some? I have tried many times to get through to this number with no success. 
     
    I believe that my RMA has just been completed which is why it disappeared but I did not receive any notifications to this, hence my confusion, however I would like some clarity on this if possible.

    I can confirm that your RMA has shipped.  Please log in to your EVGA account and navigate to the Member Home drop-down and select My Products.  Click on the details of your product and you will see that the RMA is completed along with a tracking number of your replacement.
