Hi guys, firstly I'd like to apologize in advance since this is just me getting a little antsy.

First time I've ever needed to RMA any crucial computer hardware (apart from a couple of hard drives, but the circumstances were different with those). I sent off my GTX 460 SC EE (had 10 year extended warranty) on the 6th of this month, just wondering what kind of time frame I'll be looking at before EVGA receives my GPU? As most of you will know yesterday EVGA was down and that didn't help my situation at all, I was panicking!

I know for a fact the GPU arrived in Germany on the 8th, just wondering how long it could take to reach the RMA facility?

Anyway, just like to get a few questions out while I'm typing this out.
  • Again, what kind of time frame would I be looking at?
  • Will the 10 year warranty extend on to the replacement GPU when it arrives? I'm about 4 years into that warranty period, so will the replacement have 6 years left on it? Or will that be reset to some standard EVGA warranty?
  • Would I get a GTX 460 back in return? Or would there be a suitable/better replacement, and if so what could I expect?
Thanks in advance! And again, apologies on my behalf for any inconveniance.
