Hi, I open a support ticket because my card have the blackscreen and max speed fans problem. So I think that will end with an RMA. My questions are : - From France who pay the different shipment between me and EVGA?
- Can I get the advanced RMA program?

Thanks for the answer. I have questions on the Advanced RMA. I thought that the collateral payment on this RMA was just a prepayment of 1$ but on the site its say full price of the new product. The collateral payment on paypal is a real payment that you refund me later (so during this time I paid my card two time) or just a prepayment that you cancel when you receive the old card? In the first case, what is the time for the refund after you receive the old card?

Sorry for the double post but a guy from support just answer to me for this question. But I have a problem. You say to me that you cover all the shipment and he says to me that I need to pay for send back the card to you. And an UPS send with insurance cost me a lot! Especially for a product which doesn't work properly from day one.

Hi, I have the same problem, I am from France, if I do an advanced RMA, I have to pay full price (again) which I can't afford at the price of a gtx 1080 and if I do a standard RMA, I have to pay for expensive shipping cost. Is there any solution to this problem? Dkaf91? Thanks Pierre EDIT: My GTX 1080 FTW Gaming has also the blackscreen and max speed fans problem.

Guys from EVGA says to me that in that case (this particular bug), they pay for shipping. I received my new card on advanced RMA and I wait an answer to my mail that says that I'm ready for send back my old card. I send the email sunday. No answer today :(

Ok thanks, but in advanced RMA you have to pay full price ($769) with Paypal in order to get your new card. That's something I can't afford right now. Did you have to pay this too?

Yes I pay for another card (769 euros). I hesitate, but I see that the laps for refund when EVGA received the old card is about 1-3 working days. So I say why not. rjohnson11

Ok Thanks, let me know when you will get your refund after they receive your old card. I switch to EVGA for the first time because of their amazing support, I am testing it right now haha. I feel like it is not really fair to get free shipping (to send your bad card to EVGA) in advanced RMA but you have to pay for it when you can't afford the collateral cost:) ===> Rich people don't pay shipping, and cheap people pay for it. It is a short cut but this the feeling I am having now. You will tell me, if I can buy a 1080, I am not cheap but I will say that everyone has his own story. Anyway, I am going to wait and see for now. Thanks for your feedback.

Not at all, even in Advanced RMA, in Europe, you normaly pay for shipping. This is just in this particular bug that EVGA pay the shipping even in standar RMA. I think you talk about US advance RMA. That is a service that cost 29USD in exchange, you have a cross-shipping with no cost and you just pay a prepayment of 1 or 2 USD insteed of the all price of the new card.

Check the first answer. ChrisB says to me that they pay the shipping without saying "only in advance RMA". I also have an email that say the same thing. Another one says In order to submit your request please visit the link below while logged into your account and it will allow you to submit either a standard RMA or an Advanced RMA on this product. Once this request is submitted please reply to this email with a confirmation of the pickup address and we will assist with having your package picked up to assist
