I have an EVGA nex650G power supply that I bought off newegg a couple years ago, but am not sure if it is eligible for warranty. It has a squeaky fan causing me to want to RMA it, but I am missing a cpu cable that came with it when I bought it originally. Every other requirement for warranty I think is met, because I can prove purchase and it's not outside of the warranty time. Is my power supply completely ineligible for warranty because of a missing cable, or will I just have to pay a small fee for replacement? (planning on doing the standard cross-ship RMA if that makes any difference)

Welcome to the forums..You don't need to send any cables, you keep them.

See EVGA FAQ "When RMAing a product, what should I send in and how should I package the defective item?"

A: Send the product only. For a Warranty Replacement RMA, please do not send in any accessories, power supply cables, CDs, manuals and/or games as it will NOT be returned.

See the Product Warranty page for your region for more information.

Go to the EVGA Home Page and select your region in the top-right corner..Then Select Support..Then Guest RMA..Enter your PSU's Serial Number (S/N) to find the warranty status.

If you have any other questions, you can Contact EVGA in your region.

Hope that helps, and if any of the information I provided is incorrect/incomplete (don't think so though), a Forum Moderator should chime in sometime soon with corrections/additions.

I can confirm that this is the case. We would only be exchanging the power supply itself so any missing cables would not affect the warranty process.

I would recommend that you get that unit registered to your account, and upload a copy of your Newegg invoice (http://www.evga.com/support/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=59495). Once you have that, either give us a call at (888) 881-3842 or open a support ticket so we can get that process started for you. Plus we can answer any of your questions about the RMA process at the same time
