A: Send the product only. For a Warranty Replacement RMA, please do not send in any accessories, power supply cables, CDs, manuals and/or games as it will NOT be returned.

Go to the
EVGA Home Page and select your region in the top-right corner..Then Select Support..Then Guest RMA..Enter your PSU's Serial Number (S/N) to find the warranty status.
