So i didn't took notice to this when i got my card just wanted to play games!,since i got my Rma approved, tried so many things to get my GPU to stop showing faded white horizontal lines moving vertically up/down on my monitor when gaming and it had coil whine, nothing worked, but my boost clock was over 1317, in fact it was at 1430. Could this have caused my GPU to get coil whining and artifact? even with Vsync on still had lines on screen in most demanding games. What is your boost clock at while gaming?, had this issue since card arrived.

I don't see any white lines in your picture.

Coil whine is usually able to be "burnt in" a little using a benchmark to stress the card. Use Unigine Valley or Unigine Heaven, and leave it running at max, full screen settings.

It will possibly help to run your games in full screen rather than windowed as well, if you haven't tried that. This will force more work on the gpu and pull the stress away from allowing the parts to vibrate quite as fast, which may make the parts a little more silent.

boost clock is something ASIC quality related so it should not cause problems.
here you can see some examples of ASIC quality vs. boost clock for FTW cards.

Same issue when fullscreen, what am stating it, when the card gets under load the issue occur,
it only happens once the game starts, like some sort of interference this is a video of what I see when i play games, but when recorded with shadowplay or screenshot its not there, watch in 1080p you see it a little better.

If it isn't showing later, then I would almost suspect it is the monitor or the cable. Try switching out the cables.

strange issue, if it's reproducible it's getting RMA'ed and that's it.
not all issues can be explained, some causes remain hidden even for the developer.
glad you're getting a replacement, hope you never face the issue again.
