So I'm building hardcore gaming build and I need quick simple answer what is the newest/fastest GPU on the market? Nvidia Pascal won't be out until 2016. And my 680 just broke recently and is out of warranty, my motherboard is acting up. So I decided to make new build and this time fix up for mistakes in the past

Most recent rumors are predicting it to be at least 35% faster than 980.

Probably will wait for that I don't have anything to lose now but probably card like this will replace SLI 980 won't it. I simply have 144hz monitor and once you taste that smooth framerate you never let go, be it Team Fortress, Minecraft or Planetside 2

Price will be same as AMD, because they prepare stronger card maybe and It's hard to believe that NVIDIA CEO eat so much mushrooms to ask 1000$ for weaker card than Radeon. AMD never ask over 600$ for single chip, reference. But it's not impossible, they ask and 3000$ for weaker card than R9-295X (1500$). At the moment best model is GTX980 Classified. Nice performance, black cooler, OC good and it's not hot but games today use 3500-3600MB on 1920x1080.
