got a corsair vs 650 ? everyother part has been replaced other than power supply and the card.. it revs up pretty much when it feels like it in game?

Hello Razard, We do apologize for any issues with your GTX 780. Could you please upload a screen shot of EVGA Precision X and try running a few benchmarks like 3d Mark or EVGA OC scanner X. If not done already, please make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date and you are using the latest NVIDIA drivers. You may also want to try turning on KBoost in EVGA Precision, as this should keep your clock speed at boost speeds. everything is up to date etc i have tried literally everything.. would a corsair vs650 be good enough for this card? if its not that im going back to amd

650w is fine for the card. What are the rest of your system specs?

I5 4690 2133 mhz 8 gig ram and a 1 tb hdd and z97 anniversary... It still won't boost.. New drivers.. Rolled back.. Temperature is fine.. Boosts when it feels like it and K boost dosnt work.. Well it does but other programs state that the card is still sitting at 576 mhz

Have you tried testing the card in another computer to see if you could replicate the issue?

Ok, have you tried running EVGA's OC scanner to see what it will boost to?
