Evga GTX 680 SC 2 Noise Problem

Hello all EVGA community and fans,
 
I am new and please support me with my current problem if you can.
 
As I have gtx 680 sc 2 and original cooler is removed and it has full EK waterblock on it.
My problem is next:When I load game graphic card starts to have noise,on idle it does not have. What you think what is problem?capacitors,condensators?why full water block card should have noise?
 
Also in front to say guys I did 100% research with my all system turned all fans and everything and it is 100% graphic card, voice is incoming from card.
 
Also to mention I don't have any BSOD or artifact,or crashes or something,also it is not overcklocked by me, from that side card works perfectly but why it does has noise when I load game I don't know.
my system are.
maximus V formula
intel 3770k (nor OC)
ssd 180 intel
corsair dominator platinum 8 gb 1866
Cooler master hybrid 1050 w +80 gold
full water cooled.

    Sounds like your video card has coil whine.
