Hi guys, need some help/advice here.  I recently installed a 2nd 680 Classified Hydro Copper to my system and I'm noticing that in GPU monitoring software such as OC Scanner and GPU-Z that there doesn't appear to be any GPU load registering on this card.  This is actually a replacement RMA card as I had issues with one of my cards originally.  What's strange though is that the card DOES appear to be working.  My FPS in benchmarking software does increase when SLI is enabled and there are no other visible issues with the card that I've noticed.  Also, in OC Scanner, I can see that it is registering varying GPU Power just like the other card, just not any load.  Again, I think the card is working right, but this anomaly makes it a little difficult to know for sure.  A few side notes: The 680 Classified card I sent for RMA did not have the EV port on it, but the one I received back did so I know it's from an older batch.  Likewise, the BIOS on my 100% working card is 80.04.47.00.82 while the RMA card has BIOS for 80.04.47.00.80.  Finally, this card is being used in a secondary slot.  As both cards are under water in a pretty good size loop, it's not very easy to swap slots.  I guess I'm just wondering if I should be panicking about this GPU load issue.  My main concern is that the card looking normal to me could still mean a problem exists in the system.  Any help on this issue would be appreciated!

First, ignore the BIOS, that has nothing to do with it.
Did you enable SLI, have to ask that, no insult to ones intelligence.
How do Games perform, do you get more FPS in those?
I do not use OCS for anything, not even to test for a dieing card, I have found it does not load cards correctly. Don't use GPUz from OCS either.
Use EVGA Precision X, more accurate. It also keep a record of everything on a graph if you double click on it and make it bigger.

Hi loveha, thanks for the reply.  Yes, SLI is definitely enabled.  I tried some BF3, Sims3, and Crysis 2 and things seem to be running smoothly.  As for the Precision X test, the plot thickens.  GPU1, my non-RMA card which is also overclocked, is not showing any GPU usage in Precision.  Memory and core clocks are registering at their OC levels just fine though.  GPU2, the RMA card which is NOT OC'd, is now registering everything.  Now, in OC Scanner, I notice that my GPUs seem flipped.  GPU1's info, which can be confirmed thanks to the OC values, is referred to GPU2 and vice versa.  So if this is why you told me not to use OCS, I understand, but is that common?  I find it hard to believe that the GPUs would show up one way in a piece of software and then flipped in another considering both software pieces belong to EVGA.  This is one of the reasons why this has been a hard to thing to diagnose because I have to first determine which GPU is which.

So just to provide a closure on this thread, I think I figured out what was going on.  My drivers were either corrupted or just needed to be refreshed.  Ironically, the answer came from an unexpected place.  I had noticed that when I ran NVIDIA Experience it told me that there was a driver update available (314.22).  I'm usually pretty good about keeping those up-to-date but since my computer build just finished, I guess it makes sense that I might've missed something.  In any case, a clean installation of drivers not only starting showing GPU usage on both cards, but the GPUs are no longer flipped in Precision X.  So this is a huge sigh of relief knowing that the cards are fine.  They both OC as well (although the non-RMA card does it much better) but that is fine by me.  At any rate, I'm going to enjoy my cards now :)
