im stilling waiting to get my EVGA 660ti.  Im upgrading from a regular 560 and i only play battlefield 3 and edit HD video.

my question is I know that with EVGA Precision I can OC but will my regular 660ti overclocked be as stable as a 660Ti FTW (overclocked from the factory?)

If you're happy to overclock yourself, there won't be much difference. Battlefield 3 isn't particularly hardware intensive in  the big scheme of things, and even without an overclock you should be able to run it fairly well using a GTX 660 Ti. If that's all you really play, you'll be fine. If you swapped the 660 Ti for a 660 Ti FTW, it'd mostly be for the "FTW" badge =)
