clevo p370em barebones with hm77 chipset 2x 2.5 hd and 1x msata hd
2x samsung 840 pro 128gb sata 3
1x msata  mushkin atlas 128 gb sata 3

when i ordered everything i forgot that the chipset only has 2x sata3 and am assuming they are for the 2x2.5 hds

i am wondering should i put the operating system on the msata even tho its just sata 2 and then run the 2  128 in raid zero for programs and games

or should i just put the operating system programs and games on the raid 0 sata 3 setup then just use the msata drive for a lil storage

Make sure the OS is on the SSD's for the best performance. I'm testing out the Intel SRT, it's nice, but not as nice as running everything off a SSD.
