Put this over at my forum: http://kingpincooling.com....php?p=26882#post26882 ,maybe it will help some of you guys having issues with tuning voltage on 780ti. Ti is a strange bird and posed some new challenges. The bios linked in that thread does a very nice job and allowed me to MAX out a random un-modded production normal CLASSIFIED card at all temperature ranges. Also I always see voltage numbers always talked about on forums, but seems they are all over :). Hey you guys need to use a dmm at the provided vcore measurement point on the card when talking about voltages and always specify loaded measurements only. Idle measurements are useless. Anyways check out that thread, bios I linked for download there is working perfectly. Use it on LN2 bios switch on the card.
If you want more than what this card can give, well you know what card is for that :)

using skyn3t bios atm, i can get the random lucky firestrike run in at 1450 core 2125 mem at 1.4v and 1.8v, but i can only get a completed run one out of every 3 to 4 runs. All the other times my rig will just shut down. If i lower the voltages at all i get a driver crash instead. Up the volts at all and theres no hope of not getting a shut down.

I have a dedicated 1000w p2 for the cpu and a dedicated 1000w p2 for the gpu so i dont think it would be a power delivery problem.

tried to flash XTI bios but it isnt flashing correctly. So ill just sit and wait to grab a KPE card and stare angrily at my current classy.

1450/2125 is really great for an air overclock, why would you "stare angrily" at such a nice card lol? 1.4v and 1.8v at read points while bench is running?
If the system is shutting down (full power off) under heavy load and it appears more random, its most likely power problem. Curious what exact power supply are you using on your gpu? singel/multi 12v? What max current before ocp per 12v rail? Are u pulling the power to the card with separate connectors / rails?
If you lower the overclock to 1350 / 1900  and reduce voltages, do u still get the shutdowns? Lemme check the bios file again make sure everything is ok. What is the problem when flashing?

You have to hold down the shift key while right clicking to get the "open command window here" option.

Is that because you want to keep track of who's overvolting their GPUs? That way you can deny warranty if, for whatever reason, the graphics card is damaged. Am I wrong?

I don't think so. It is most likely about Nvidia's Green Light Program. So shhhhhh

That is actually a possibility now and it kinda scares me.

What would it matter if they tracked it?  Think about it,  they can more than likely pull the info even if they don't track it. I am sure they have their ways of figuring out who damaged their cards and how.

If they tell customers to send mail and ask for BIOS than you listen them and do that and don't share.
I think that's more because people who are not advanced user and who can find BIOS even if they don't know what they do...
Because of that they will share with advanced user who came here and follow them and have experience with such things.
I'm sure in some cases they can see who damage card and how, maybe not in 100% cases but in most cases yes.
Over years they saw tones of all kind of different fails and know to recognize some things.
I think we will not see people here who start to complain how they card fail and they say him You are on list for install custom BIOS.
That will not happen because on that way many customers will stop to buy their cards. Even if someone ask BIOS he maybe will not install that.

I ended up overwriting the Primary Bios with that, not sure if it does anything bad or how to get the original NORMAL bios back >,<

Honestly all it did was fix some mistakes in the BIOS and allow you to go 1,21V you know a normal voltage.

this hardly is dangerous for the cards.

If I was to email you would you send me the bios update even tho I only have a reference 780Ti? I intend to flash my card with this bios.
