Hey,  I've posted my build up on modsrigs and was wondering wat was meant by the "200 posts" that are required to obtain the $1000 sponsorship from EVGA? Any help would be great. Also, check out the build, it's the CMU Scobell PC.

Nic is absolutely correct. That is exactly how it works so if you don't enter your rig you don't have a chance to win.

Still don't agree with "random".  I think that is unfair to people who spend a lot of time building a unique and beautiful system.  They should be hand picked by a judge.

.....What? Give money to those who already have the money and say "Screw you broke EVGA supporters"? No. That's not how this works, EVGA is a fair company, They will allow everyone, Which is better than anything else, Remember... Greed won't get you anywhere. (Not saying you as in YOU, saying you as in, in general)

200 rigs... really? , that kind of impossible for the normal PC owner, that being 97% of all the people in this forum, that being fair for everyone? Not entirely, only for that ultra rich 3%
Which is very lame and unfair if you'd ask me, I hardly know anyone that has money for 200 PC's.. unless they are running a a massive render farm or so heh
 
I have 8 systems and 6 of them are posted in MODS RIGS, but there is no way you would see me have 200 PC's, I could in no way afford such a thing and I don't see the need nor point, but winning 1000 USD or Euro just because some dude has 200 PC's is plain stupid
 
Anyhow, I really hope I understood it wrong, because it would seem impossible to me, as to most people it would be in a similar way 
You would never see me congratulate a rich person for winning such a prize, like the need it ... For your information, I do know lots more worthy people that could use a prize like that, people that are in need of money and that have done so much for the community, I speak of Chrome-M-Dragon Baltothewolf and EVGA_RobB for example and there are many others too, I won't speak for myself though, as I don't like promoting myself for that matter

Sorry for my previous post if it upset anyone, it's just my opinion to the matter, thus I decided to disagree with this concept on how it works.
Although I have totally nothing against EVGA, it's just this type of rewarding with such contests doesn't suit me or on other words I don't like how they are dealt out, But I do agree that a random system would be more appropriate, thereby only randomly selecting people that have not won yet
 
This way it's fun for everyone that takes part of MODS RIGS, that way it might have a much greater interest and value 
Everyone should have a chance at such a thing and not only the rich types that have 200 systems or more, this makes it impossible for almost 97% of the entire forum, which is why I don't like how the system works, that is what I get from it all.
