I'm trying to find out a few things:
1) How can I view a post I've made/am making in its original code format?
2) Which coding style does these forums use?
3) Is there a good, free utility I can use off-line to compse/edit posts?
An example of what I'm trying to do:
I'm maintaining a running BIOS changelog for the X58 Classified Limited Edition ( located here:
http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=6305
)
It's getting long, and becoming more difficult to update. I fear that I may accidentally lose all the formating, links, etc.
I'd like to keep a version of it locally, in code format, and do all my editing there before posting it to the boards.

The forum uses a rich-text formatter where you type in the text. Basically it doesn't use forum code, etc. or need HTML so just keep it as text.

Test, pasting from WordPad to see if links and formating are kept....

Changes:
Supports 32nm Desktop CPUs (32nm Xeons might NOT work)
Added "Turbo Performance" option (may boost performance if enabled)
Fixes 1866MHz Memory Ratio
Removes the Boot Logo/Splash Screen (the logo was taking up too much memory in the BIOS and was removed to make space for more BIOS code) Note: the Boot Logo option is still listed in the BIOS settings screen, this option can now be ignored.

Fail.... :(
Hoping for a better option, so I don't have to re-do formatting everytime.
