Final Fantasy III (VI)... I wish they would remake this in general. Still my favorite game storyline with great character development, and an orchestral track would be epic.
Chrono Triger had some good stuff also.
Also, Star Citizen has some good "Pedro Bombs" in it. (Pedro Camacho is one of the composers for SC)

I get really nostalgic for music from MMOs. Particularly Lienage 2 and World of Warcraft.
There was a song on the log in screen for Lineage 2. During the open beta, there were endless issue logging into the server. I spent hours trying to log in and listening to the song on repeat. Fortunately the song was really good!

EASILY Mario Galaxy 1 & 2. The original Mario Galaxy is my favorite game of all time, and I love how the soundtrack is also one of the best.

Final Fantasy X's sound track came to mind immediately.
Low Key great sound tracks animal crossing and valhiem. I can leave those on in the background while I'm working and just vibe. The original pokemon theme is also a near and dear to my heart

I don't notice the soundtrack or music for games most of the time sadly. But I did notice Cyberpunk's while playing. There is also a really nice song from Rocky on one of the radios.

Fallout 3, New Vegas, and 4 all had good chill music. It was perfect for questing and I can still listen to it if I just want to reminisce

For me nostalgia drives my choices just due to the memories attached to that time, Zelda LTTP (and OOT), Test Drive 5, Tony Hawk 1 & 2, and SSX Tricky all pretty much top my list just from the memories attached to those songs.
